We didn’t get a SINGLE text or call about a confirmation, and the number he texted wasn’t even ours OR the one on file that he continuously argued. Turns out the “host of our room” named BRYAN cancelled because he “called and texted us several times” in the morning to confirm if we’re still going. We called the front desk, and they said they don’t even know what was going on. Halfway to the resort, packed and ready, it said the reservation was cancelled.
